About Karma: Karma Ansbacher is a pediatric speech-language pathologist for work; in her down time she loves to teach the ancient practice of Yoga Nidra. She discovered the practice after a wrist injury that left her unable to practice the physical asana of Yoga for some years. Yoga Nidra saved her soul and helped her find peace through a very trying time in her life. It is her hope that at best Yoga Nidra changes your life and at the very least you leave feeling profoundly relaxed and rested having experienced for a few moments the innate peace of mind that is always with you.
